The Company aggressively prosecutes, to the fullest extent of the law, those perpetrators apprehended conducting fraudulent activities on its web site.
The problem currently is that a previous patch introduced a much smoother paced leveling system, though it was definitely slower. Many actually enjoyed the tweak to the overall progression system but ever since patch 8.0 went live, many MMORPG lovers are reported that is unnecessarily difficult to level through some of the older content drops, which was an unintended side affect according to Blizzard.
At 96 the standard wisdom is to immediately drop what you're doing and proceed to Spires of Arak and do the quests to unlock the Inn, granting a further 20% experience bonus while in that zone. You'll want to do that eventually anyway, but I'm not sure it outweighs the quest experience from Gorgrond. However, if you decided to go to Spires immediately at 96, restrict yourself only to bonus objectives and again leave Treasures until you're 100+. Make certain that when you being the quests to unlock the inn, you speak with the quest NPC to also learn Archaeology, since it's required to collect several of the treasures in Spires.
Buffs. Food/Flasks/Scrolls/Potions/Elixirs are a small, but noticeable, buff to your killing speed and survivability. If you have a max level character that can already supply you with cooking or alchemy, you'll be very well off, because the AH is a cesspool for this. I can't really give you specific foods or potions to look for, since each AH is going to have different supplies. Generally speaking, lower level foods are going to only last 15-20 minutes until you can buy the more powerful versions at 60+. Look for anything that adds versatility or your primary stat, and buy stacks for each level range(1-60/70/80/90/100)
I tell you my experience. I'm leveling a priest that it's 60 now and since I have also done some instances (and I have full heirloom set with 20% experience gain bonuses) and been very ahead of the guide, I skipped some zones since they were grey quest for me, well it was a real mess. Missing quests because I didn't to the previous to enable the following. Going in a zone then realizing that I couldn't do that quest because I didn't do the starting quest chain, very unconmfortable. In short what I suggest you it's not to skip areas, or make really sure that you do all the quests required (at least) and check carefully the previous zone you'll going to skip to make sure that you won't have problems with struggling finding where to start the quest chain to sync with the guide section.
101+ At this point you'll start taking a penalty on quest/bonus objective experience for every level past 100. Treasures, however, remain worth their full value all the way through level 105, at which point they'll be worth something like 15% less, and then another 15% more when you ding 106. I recommend that you stop questing/gathering entirely, and collect all the treasures you can stomach, only avoiding any annoying to reach ones inside caves or behind elites/rares(where scaling does bizarro things).
In the end leveling quickly in World of Warcraft is a lot about experience and leveling you 2nd or 3rd character will always be quicker than leveling your first one, no matter what leveling guide you use. These two expansions are virtually identical in terms of exp/h. I personally favor Mount Hyjal, and think it's very slightly faster. But if you know Jade Forest well you can just as easily keep up there. Ultimately you'll end up doing both anyway, so it's mostly academic. Every time I've tested Valley of Four Winds or Deepholme, or any other zone in MOP/CATA's level range, they were worse exp/h. You should not even need to complete both zones to ding 91, so it's more important to just pick one and go.
Once you have your potions, proceed to complete all the bonus objectives in your starting zone. This should easily level you to 92, where you can proceed to Gorgrond. Interesting enough, for some reason many Gorgrond quests are worth nearly double the experience of quests in other zones. Maybe this is a bug, maybe intended, I'm not sure. But I actually recommend you do all the quests and bonus objectives in Gorgrond. For your outpost choice, I recommend choosing the Gladiators, since they give access to more treasures than the shredder IMO.

In recent weeks, players have been giving Blizzard an earful concerning experience gains and leveling in World of Warcraft. It looks like a couple of issues are at the heart of these problems, including time to kill certain baddies and the time it takes to level up between levels 60 and 80. While Blizzard is still trying to figure out why some baddies are taking too long to kill, the hope is that a hotfix launched this week will address the problem of leveling.

Blizzard has taken steps in recent years to smooth out out the leveling experience — Legion allows players to immediately boost one character to level 100, for instance — but if you want to roll multiple characters without spending money on multiple level boosters, you’ll need to spend time leveling. Thankfully, with the right maneuvers, it’s possible to level a character to 110 in a relatively short time. Here are some pointers for leveling in World of Warcraft, so you can rush through old zones and explore the new.
Take breaks. Unless you're straight up no-lifing it over a weekend or something, this leveling process is going to take ~40 hours. But any time you do need to step away, log out. That tiny little bit of rested exp is insignificant...but you never know when something might come up and you'll have to leave for a longer period of time than you expected. Better to be logged out and safe(especially with War Mode on) than AFK waiting for a d/c. Plus, you'll need to stretch, eat, shower, and maybe sleep. XD

Ravager – Ravager replaces Bladestorm and does about an Execute amount of damage less than Bladestorm. That may seem like a lot. However, one thing people forget is while Ravager is active you get to use other spells at the same time. Where as with Bladestorm all you can do is Bladestorm. So, while Ravager is active you can turn on Sweeping Strikes and use a Colossus Smash, Mortal Strike, and Execute by the time your Bladestorm would have ended. In the end, you will do thousands of damage more.
Fifth: World Quest are back and are still important for leveling your Heart of Azeroth and gaining rep. I do recommend you do these in Warmode for the additional bonuses but if you don’t like PvP I would at least suggest doing a clear of all the quest that don’t give AP in Normal mode then going back and clearing the ones that do give AP in Warmode for the bonus. Emissaries are back and work the same way though it is very important to hold off on any emissary quest that gives you gear until you are at least 310 item level. Once you hit 310 item level, the reward jumps to 340 loot instead of 325? (its somewhere around that area). Try to delay these the best you can, but don’t risk missing out on free loot.
Another popular leveling guide is called “Booster”, which is also available for all races of Horde and Alliance. Similar to Zygor, Booster is an addon that you view inside the game, and it tells you exactly where to go and which quests to do every step of the way to level 120. The leveling path was created by professional gamers, and optimized to make your leveling as fast as possible. Booster also comes with free lifetime upgrades and updates, so you literally just have to pay once and use them forever, which is awesome. It’s created by a company called Dynasty Addons, that has been around for almost 10 years, and their guides and addons have always been updated in a timely manner for every expansion pack. It’s easy to see why this leveling guide is so popular.

In that expansion, NPC followers could get an ability called “treasure hunter” that doubled any gold rewards they earned from a quest. And “treasure hunter” perks stacked, so it was possible to get a few thousand gold per day, per garrison. Many casual players who had never had significant amounts of money before earned hundreds of thousands of gold during Warlords of Draenor. Players could sock away millions, since each character could earn roughly the same amount of gold from their garrisons, and you can have as many as 10 characters on a server.
World of Warcraft Gold (US) is a currency used in the US server as a medium of trade. WoW Gold, items are rewarded after killing the enemies. WoW gold is a limited resource and is hard to come by even though gold can be earned by various ways. It is still time intensive for any player to gather the gold needed to get better gears which make advancing easier. Because of the enormous need for WoW Gold, it has attracted many exploiters such as dupers and gold farmers. Arguing that they ruin other people's experience and enjoyment of the game, Blizzard has put up a strong fight to combat these exploiters by banning large number of accounts involved in the activities. However, there are as many players who would not want to invest their time and are willing to pay the extra money to get through the game. Generally, the price of WoW Gold in the EU servers are more expensive than those in the US.
One of the most profitable ways to farm in patch 5.4 is to buy Potions of Luck from the auction house and head to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. In the northwestern corner, specifically the Ruins of Guo-Lai and the Guo-Lai Hills, there's tons of mobs that can be aggroed in huge groups and AOE'd down. The Potion of Luck will increase your chances of finding loot on the monsters, and these mobs in particular drop good crafting mats, Skycrystals, motes of harmony, and Gou-Lai keys. Many guides tout this as the greatest way to farm gold; depending on your ilvl and clear time, you can earn anywhere from 2.5-7.5k an hour.
All the things that kept trade goods cheap while the value of gold was falling are no longer true in the new expansion. Most players are working on gearing up their main characters right now, and it will be a while before people earn the levels and reputations on secondary characters to serve the markets for high-end trade goods, so there are fewer crafters competing with each other to serve a community that is swollen with returning players.
There are various upsides to this imbalance. Max level players are able to complete lower level content with ease, allowing them to swiftly complete missed quests and achievements in earlier zones, and can travel through zones without being constantly attacked, since mobs will only attack players several levels higher than them if walked directly into. Max level also makes it possible to solo earlier group content such as dungeons and even raids, making farming loot such as mounts far easier, and for those interested in a challenge opening up a new subtype of play at slightly higher levels.
It's not an enchantment, but you should buy or craft an iLVL 100+ belt, gloves, or boots with a gem socket for use with the new 5% bonus experience gem: Insightful Rubellite. I used a vendor-bought belt from the legacy valor vendor in Orgrimmar, since it was convenient and met the minimum ilvl bonus. Keep these in your bags until you can equip them, which should be just in time for treasure collections in WoD content. I didn't ever replace the belt until I dinged 110, since I didn't feel the stats from later upgraded belt drops made enough of a difference to outweigh the 5% bonus.
