I actually like the fact that rank 11-14 is extremely hard to get and time consuming. I don't care if it's not about skill, it is very RPG feeling in the fact that, the people who put in the most time and effort spilling the most enemy blood are the ones who get the best rewards. as somebody who will NEVER have a chance of getting those ranks and items because; 1. I do not have time to do it 2. even if I did have time I still wouldn't do it because I mentally could not farm BG's that many hours for 3 months I support the PvP system and think it is great, and acquiring the hugely powerful items is a big reward and a status symbol. in Classic WoW the game is less about YOU and more about your guild. even if you are not the person to get rank 14, or a Legendary item it still feels awesome when your guild mates get them because it will make your guild stronger. Furthermore, we highly recommend you plan in advance regarding the class that you want to play. In the Classic WoW, there were no class specs. Every talent point spent couldn’t be changed without first resetting all of them and the talent point reset was a costly practice. If you already know what you want to play as in the end game – try to develop your talent tree accordingly. This way you’ll be able to save a lot of gold in advance.

World of Warcraft (also known as WoW) players have highly requested the classic version of their favourite game. As with any game, changes and major updates are added over the years. Since August 2006, many changes to the game have not been received well: such as trivialising levelling up. The level cap will drop from 120 to 60, but contrary to how that sounds, it will be a far more grindy journey of fun and progress. The current developers have made levelling up very fast in comparison to the classic days, purely to focus on end-game content and raiding which many people do not enjoy. Prior to these changes, many people enjoyed the games for years whilst not hitting max level, something never seen in the modern edition of World of Warcraft. The levelling process was a journey, having fun with professions and the grind that is no longer found. Of course, there are countless other changes that will be reverted, as you might expect when comparing something from 2006 to 2019.
You will need initial funds to start this way. Buy for cheap and sell for actual price or higher – that sounds pretty easy. But you should have basic knowledge of prices and always track the market. People use to sell for cheap when they need fast gold or don’t know real value of the item. So, it’s your chance to act. If you see anyone selling an item for low price in trade channel, contact them immediately. You should use all of your trade skills to negotiate about the price to make it as low as possible. It’s important ability to communicate. Besides, it’s good to get addons to trade effectively on Auction House: Aux or Auctioneer. They allow you to scan auction, compare prices, find cheapest options, post items quickly, and many other useful tools. It is possible to make your first thousand out of ten gold you have in a pocket.
So we asked ourselves, would it still be possible to deliver an authentic classic experience if we took our modern code, with all its back-end improvements and changes, and used it to process the Patch 1.12 game data? 14 Nov Will I gimp my raid by playing Shadow Priest? I have a burning passion for shadow priest in vanilla and I mostly want to raid. I've been talking to some people I know and some of them say that they would never bring a shadow priest into raid and others say that they absolutely want 1 shadow priest in their raid group. Why the mixed reactions? From my understanding, shadow priests in classic are mainly brought to raids to buff the damage output of your warlocks with Shadow Weaving. How many warlocks would a raid need to make 1 shadow priest worth bringing over a mage for example, and am I gimping the raids DPS by taking up that raid spot?Luminé39 14 Nov
Nov 15 How to fix paladin dps Just make holy wrath & exorcism work on all types of enemy but not affect player characters. It's an easy fix that will make pally dps better in pve but stay the same as they were in vanilla in pvp. Put this thing into a deep ret talent so it will require people to spec deep in ret to be able to dps. A good spot is add it with two-hand weapon specialization making it so that by putting talents into it all hostile aside from players and undeads(since they are already affected by the default version) to be affected by the dmg and effects of the spells effectiveness by 33%/66%/100%. I doubt they would even do this so im just throwing out ideas since too many of you dont actually read the forum and only read the OP here you go to explain a bit of my reasoning because this change wont make ret stronger than pure dps; clearly most of you people didnt play vanilla nor know anything about naxx. ...Toushin260 Nov 15

It is pleasant to feel the titanic work of Blizzard, which causes precisely those impressions that will attract new players. Thank you for changing in graphics, animation, effects and gameplay: interaction of mobs with walls, correct agro radius of the mobs, pets attack of invisible target, stunning in the air, normal work of Charge, attack distance same for all races, debuff timer, increase limits of players on the server and many other improvements. 2) Old talent system is based on passive numbers improvements and offer only 3-4 unique skills for each build. Many of mind-blowing, ultra, special skills were release only in Burning Crusade. Old talent system is a competition of builds, depend of raid items — One build became weaker and change priority for another, but they don’t balance between themselves. Otherwise, if they will be equal, so everybody will use only the easiest and most universal build - as in Heroes of the Storm. I think the original concept of PvE was not implemented to the end, supposed to players will choosing from huge variation potential and depth of mechanics in long way of PvE gear. I would like to see huge changes and improvements in all builds. 3) I want to see more combined builds, like Survival + Beast Master with nature damage. In game are six possible builds for each class, but half of them are not competitive. Fire Mage can be playable until AQ40 and after it is much weaker than Frost mage, then this is final best one. Elemental mage is not so good as Frost mage and thats what i want to change. Druids have just one best build at all - this is so poor! I think that final gameplay for each build should be rework to save all builds as competitive, justify the investment of talents. I think best solution is to release more things that would give power to other builds. 4) Old idea was to increase damage from one build to another - "Step by step", but it is depend only before AQ40 and after - there all previos build cant be so power as top bulid, becouse of Naxx gear bonus. New players don’t like so hardcore system if they gear and build will became useless in one moment and they will be kicked from static because of previous gear. Compromise solution is to correct final balance of items and classes, so more alternative builds stay equal in start, middle, late PvE. 5) Each class has one build is for questing and at 60 lvl you have to choose between two other builds. All classes have one branch completely dedicated to fan questing and thats what need to remake for more relevant build 60 lvl. Make all builds playable, successful, fair, and interesting. Classic have bad balance for hybrid classes and this is very wrong. Priority must be on a gameplay. Game lose interest, bccouse make weaker hybrids than a dedicated class. All specialisations must have equal balance. 6) In Vanila Warrior could reach 1300 damage and hunter only 800 - i hope this is already correct to same alike damage. 7) Warriors are only one tank in Vanila and all rest were bad. I hope Blizzard will make big changes for another tanks and extend their tank abilities. I hope now all tanks will add opportunities for aggro and armor. 8) If you play Druid, no one needed you in a raid, except for being a healer. I hope you will increase the effectiveness of all class healing results up to Priests and increase damage in other DD build, like Moonkin form. 9) Reduce the shooting area for hunters - this annoying and your already know that its impossible to play like that. Increase the speed of the arrows. Make traps work in combat. Nerf Lupus and other too much powerful pets - every pet must be good in its own way. Add pet sharing from the Stable - this will stop so many wipes. Set all pet skills in book so you don’t have to create macros. Fix that if you go - your pet just ran away. Reduce pet appetite by 10 times. 10) Take away "Old needs" for eat after each pack and make health regeneration every 2.5 seconds or faster. And for talent builds. I prefer to make my own talent builds. But I've been playing RPGs since the 8bit days so half the fun is building my own characters up. I already made and bookmarked 1 deep fire mage build, 2 elemental mage builds, and 2 deep frost mage builds. And I might remake them tomorrow if I read up on any good talent choices I left out my 1st 5 times lol. And I have multiple builds for the other classes I play too.

Mounts also take up space in your bags, bags which will of course be much smaller.  Every bag space counts.  With no guild banks, and much smaller storage space, your bank alts are going to be essential.  You’ll need to remember to always post everything back to a bank alt, and to remember to get everything from the mail box to the Auction House.  Which is only in Ironforge or Orgrimmar.

Nov 15 Professions Hey guys. Can you think of good items that you crafted and lasted for several levels at least? I have played on private servers and with 1.12 itemization, there was barely anything that I could use for even 3 levels. I have leveled up a leartheworker and only thing I remember using was Deviate Scale Belt. Yes, it's very decent and could last a few levels. But later, there are some blue gloves which are fine, but nothing brilliant. And "Guardian Belt"(+6 spirit, +6 stamina) is pathetic for a blue. I remember trying to craft Robe of power as Tailor for a mage but it wasn't that brilliant either, maybe you digress. :) Sure, at level 60, there are nice robes for tailors but before that, do you think using the 1.12 client diminishes the role of crafting professions for leveling? Imagine ability to craft some brilliant item(for each profession) at level 30 that would last full ten levels just like Warrior's Whirlwind Axe, would be decent, no? Warlocks also have similar quest for Enchanted Gold Bloodrobe, but for classes that don't have such class quests would be an enormous boost.Holylr34 Nov 15
I recreated my very first character -- a human warrior, because in the last-push alpha test I joined in 2004, there was no Horde -- and logged in. Immediately, I was surprised by how good the graphics actually looked, for being 15 year old textures-on-polygons. Warcraft's bright colors and cartoony aesthetic continue to this day, so all the increased resolution and better-contoured characters in Lordaeron don't really change the game's visual aesthetic.

15 Nov I made more friends in this demo than I have ever done in BFA. I can't wait for Classic to fully launch, I absolutely fell in love with the demo and can't wait for the full release, a fond memory was grouping up for certain quests with strangers and upon completion we pondered if we could massacre the entire coastal Murloc population. We triumphed of course, barely. In order to save up gold quickly, you must be mindful of your character’s professions. According to various sources, the most profitable profession back in the day used to be herbalism. Mining and skinning are right up there as well. Gathering-oriented professions have an advantage compared to the crafting ones in the early levels because gathering doesn’t require you to spend gold in order to make some coins. You can find plenty of herbs to collect, ores to mine and beasts to skin, all while you’re levelling. Everything you manage to gather can then be sold in the auction house fairly quickly.
Mobs out in the open world generally have higher movement speed and higher attack speed than you. If you were to stand still and trade hits with a mob back and forth you may end up trading 1 of your Auto attacks for 2+ of theirs. If executed properly, The Hamstring Method allows you to trade 1 hit for 1 hit with a target, drastically reducing your damage taken while not reducing your damage at all since you are monitoring your natural auto attacks with the swing timer.

Plenty of gameplay things have changed -- more on that in a minute -- but one thing almost immediately transformed the game for me. I was killing my fourth Kobold Vermin (sorry guys, I'm taking those candles) by auto-attacking it and waiting impatiently for my lone ability to light up, when it struck me: This was going to be slow. Really, really slow. And, after another minute, I realized that was okay.
Arms: Sharpen Blade - When activated, your next Mortal Strike will deal 15% increased damage and reduce healing taken by 50% for 6 sec. Fury: Battle Trance - You go into a trance causing you to regenerate 3% of your health and generate 5 Rage every 3 sec for 18 sec after using Raging Blow twice in a row on a target. Using Raging Blow on a new target will cancel this effect. Protection: Thunderstruck - Thunder Clap roots all targets for 1 sec. Tuning
You will see a resurgence of power leveling services, item trade services, and gold farming. Classic will have a fresh economy meaning for your average gold farmer time spent in classic is way more efficient. It will probably be worse than it was back in the day. Just look at the blizzard group finder on retail, littered with advertisements for m+ boosting websites. Disgusting. There will be so many gold farmers blizz probably won't be able to keep up. And this is what I truly fear because if the gold farmers start to win activision will step in and introduce wow token. And classic will die.
Gold in World of Warcraft: Classic can be earned with a bit of luck too. By killing and looting mobs you might find some truly rare items. Some of them might be usable by you but others might not. Don’t just sell that piece of rare equipment to the nearest vendor as it can earn you quite a bit in the auction house. Especially if it’s an item for a level 50+ character. 

14 Nov Maining two characters? I really can't decide between maining shaman or hunter. Is it possible to level both simultaneously? I'm not a huge fan of constant min/maxing, but I wonder if it is possible to utilize rested time in a really efficient way and not lose too much time, compared to leveling just one character at a time.
