A good part of the reason it’s taking me so long is the new level-scaling system. Now that zones and their quests scale with the players level, I’m spending more time questing and less time hopping into random dungeons. And with the experience point requirements to level increased for levels 1 to 60, the random dungeons aren’t nearly the level-fests they once were, making questing a much more attractive prospect.

It still will be but it takes up an Azerite armor slot. ST is not as important as AoE when leveling because you want to grab a pack of mobs, burst them down, loot and repeat. For DK specifically, Unholy is better in my opinion for leveling because it has a lot more aoe than Frost with epidemic. Unholy was my second fastest leveling time and I did it on a pre-made character with no leggos or consumables.

The Escalation patch has introduced several new scenarios with respective heroic modes that provide shiny new loot. It is still too early to predict which of these will demand the highest prices at the auction house or AH, since it can take weeks for players to work through the content and determine the value of the new drops compared to the existing items. Many expect the rarest and most prized drops to start commanding handsome prices starting June, so just keep your eyes peeled for popular WTB requests in general chat and high-selling items at the AH.
A: Buying gold from third-party services negatively impacts the game experience for everyone. The overwhelming majority of the gold these services provide comes from stolen player accounts, halting the victims’ ability to play the game and contribute to their guilds. I used fully upgraded and enchanted heirlooms; missing only the fishing ring. Leveling from 1-20 took ~3 hours, at which point I immediately turned on War Mode for the duration. I rarely encountered enemy players, and when I did they almost always left me alone. But the few times I did get ganked, the total cost in time was insignificant. Maybe a total of 5 deaths from ganks in the entire 40 hours.

I made one for my guildies but its for the Horde leveling process. One tip that goes for both factions is that you dont need to do all 3 zones to hit 120. I did like 1 and than three quarters of another. But once your 120 you need friendly with all 3 of your factions new reps to unlock world quests so make sure you hit at least friendly with all 3 while your leveling.

A new expansion unlocks exponentially more powerful gear, letting you easily breeze through Warlords of Draenor dungeons and raids. A great gold making strategy is to solo these challenges and amass a large amount of gold that you get to keep instead of splitting with your group. Start with soloing easy dungeons and work your way towards harder dungeons until you are comfortable enough to take on soloing raids. Speed and clearing ability is key – stick to those you can run through without skipping a beat and you will see your gold making per hour go through the roof.
For reference, my previous best time abusing Method-0 in 7.3.5 was 32.4 hours(as show in the old thread). A difference of just over 8 hours; which isn't all that bad, all things considered. And I believe I made several errors along the way, which could be cleaned up in future runs. I believe that that gap could be significantly closed by using a monk's bonus, but I hate playing monk...so...yeah. YMMV
