Isle of Quel'Danas: Special mention. At lvl 70 you can start doing the dailies here. Despite not being able to fly, the quest density is VERY high. I recommend hitting this every reset if you spend more than 24 hours REAL time(not /played)in the 70-80 level range. In fact, if you're doing a monk and only logging in once each day anyway, IQD WILL be your best exp/h for this level range. If you're going to hit the island more than once, it's probably worthwhile to change your hearth to the Shrine in MoP at this point to facilitate faster travel back and forth.

Many people have asked whether we recommend leveling as Enhancement or Elemental. There’s no definitive answer here; it depends entirely on your comfort, your gear options, and if you’re in a group or solo. Enhancement benefits more from Honor Talents in open world leveling, and Elemental has stronger AOE damage for mass pulling. Feel free to experiment with both specs.
Fifth: As for Azerite Armor, I recommend getting the Chest first from Magini and if you do Vol'dun first, the first piece you can get will be a Head and the final piece from the zone with be Shoulders. That will give you all 3 pieces of Azerite Armor when you leave the first zone which will help out. If you are leveling a different spec from what you plan on playing, (i.e leveling as a dps when you plan to heal/tank) you will receive at least 2 pieces from every zone then 1 piece from starting the War Campaign that you can choose your Main Spec trait for. Pick the traits that will help you level the fastest.
Third: Do Warfront when you can (if they open for the first week which I haven’t read anything that says they aren’t) because it gives a 370 piece of gear and gives you access to Arathi Highlands where you can kill a world boss and do quest for rep. They did remove the 355 drops (despite what Preach said in his last video, I just went and checked it before typing this up) and they only drop 280.
Common methods of power leveling include doing only those quests which are most efficient in terms of experience over time, and analyzing the quests in a given zone so as to do them in the most efficient order possible. Remember, the idea of power leveling is speed and efficiency--you may wish to obtain an addon that will show you how much experience per hour you are gaining to test your techniques. Additionally, ensure your character's talent build is crafted for maximum endurance. You want as little downtime (walking, drinking, eating, crafting, typing, etc.) as possible.

There are also numerous gold-making guides available for World of Warcraft players. Currently mmobux recommends Killer Guides' World of Warcraft Gold Guide, which covers a broad range from daily quests and professions to making gold while leveling and auction house trading. 'Standard' farming spots are covered as well, making it an interesting resource for bots as well. Yielding up to 500 gold per hour, the strategies are suitable for players of all skill levels. If Killer Guides keeps the guide up to date, it probably will become a valuable resource for professional farmers as well. Like most of those experienced players, I had all the benefits, including a full set of heirloom armor, which helps to boost the experience my character would get (though that bump was reduced at the same time the other changes were made.) I had a guild, the ability to fly in every zone, and pets and toys that made a pile of things more convenient. My new character started at level 20, as all allied races do.
The community was apparently frustrated with Blizzard for a lack of communication concerning the issue, but it looks like that was due to the fact that their heads were down as they worked to understand the problem. It was explained that they didn't want to just roll out a quick bandage, as that would likely cause unforeseen issues down the road. Instead, they're crunching the numbers and digging into the code in the hopes of discovering a legitimate source of the problem.
Blizzard changed the leveling experience at the same time those new characters became available. It used the scaling tech available in its later zones to make broad swaths of older areas available to a much wider level range, so that characters could choose what quests or zones they wanted to do and stay there, rather than out-leveling them too quickly.
If you prospect your own Ores, usually you will get a lot of [Lesser Moonstone] too, but even if you don't prospect the Ores, sometimes 2 Lesser Moonstone is cheaper than one Moss Agate. So get the recipe [Design: Amulet of the Moon] and use up all your Lesser Moonstone. This recipe turns yellow at 140, you might need to make more than 30 of these.
Level with a pet if you can because it will help keep you safe. If your pet is tanking all of the damage from the enemies you’re fighting, you won’t have to. The other reason is that pets are easier and cheaper to heal than you are. If you don’t have a pet, make sure you know how to use your defensive abilities. You can’t level quickly if you are dying all the time.

A: There’s no deposit, and the Auction House does not take a cut of the gold for WoW Token sales. The standard deposit is designed to dissuade players from spamming the auction house with items that aren’t selling, and the standard cut is designed to dissuade players from buying and reselling items for minuscule markups. These issues don’t apply to the WoW Token, so there’s no need for a deposit or cut.
Footholds into enemy territories can be done as you grow in levels and should be completed before reaching Level 120. Take the time after completing your first zone to do your first foothold. Similar to how your initial zone selection was largely irrelevant, this selection is, as well. Simply pick one and complete it to earn your Mission Table second champion. Send your champions out on missions, recruit troops, and then head back out to quest in your second zone selection.
Congratulations on reaching Level 120! There are a myriad of new things to do. The first thing you should do is head to your faction hub ship where you have been doing your mission table quests and footholds to pick up and complete the quests necessary to unlock World Quests. Once again, as soon as you hit 70 - I recommend to go and learn faster flying. This speeds up your questing A LOT, and is worth the time and gold. It will cost 4500 if you go to the capitol, or 5000 if you prefer Shattrath/Dalaran, because you will not have reputation with them at that point. This price will sadly be above what a totally new character can afford, if you don't have any Main. But you should go and buy flying as soon as you have enough money.


You may be starting out ...or this may be your next alt to walk along the world of Azeroth. But while some players of "World of Warcraft" may wish to enjoy the ride and level at their pace, many others want to get to level cap as soon as possible. Many questing guides exist for this reason. Many guides show exact routes and quest information to hit each area as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Second: I have found that the most effective way to level (which comes as no surprise to many) has been using the leggos KJBW and Sephuz’s. KJBW allows you to complete nuke down packs of mobs no problem on a 75 second cd and since the damage doesn’t fall off you can clear 10+ mobs in seconds.Edit KJBW has been nerfed to do half the damage that it normally did. It is now a 3.2k Nuke on 75 second cd that doesn't fall off. Though it is sightly more balanced, that does make me sad. I still believe that it is probably the best leggo still to level with but I will do some more research to confirm. Sephuz’s is nice for the MS boost and the proc is no joke. I highly recommend these for every class.

That’s why we developed things like the boost [which automatically raises one character to an appropriate level for the current expansion], which you get if you purchase the game itself. The scaling tech was also a way to help us do that, and you can sort of choose your own path through expansions and story content.”

Blizzard will release the World of Warcraft's new expansion: Battle for Azeroth with the next four days. It is said that BFA will launch all regions at the same time and the specific time for different countries has been leaked out. BFA's coming means that Legion will finally say goodbye to its fans. Here, let's follow raiditem.com to review some important changes in WoW's history.

Fourth, beginning in Mists of Pandaria with the Halfhill farm, and continuing in Warlords of Draenor with various garrison buildings that produced resources, Blizzard has been making trade goods more plentiful and easier to obtain. In Legion, herbs, fish and enchanting materials were so abundant that a very small population of gatherers could supply more raw materials than the economy could consume.

With 8.0, Blizzard introduced World of Warcraft’s second ever stat squish — where all the numbers in the game are lowered across the board for clarity. While it may make the game easier to read, it has caused some serious in-game problems. Since the patch, Blizzard has been throwing out hotfixes each day, fixing things that the stat squish either forgot to alter or simply broke.

5% was admittedly an exaggeration, just felt that low. I'd say it was probably closer to the 30-40% range. It was Artifacts of the Blacksilt, spent a good 10-15 minutes killing Blacksilt Seers to get two damn idols to drop. A quest that had me killing Elder Brown Bears for bear flanks also took quite a while, though that was less due to drop rate and more due to how spread out they were. 

Lastly: The zone order I recommend for Horde is Vol’dun- Zuldazar- Nazmir. Vol’dun is definitely the most challenging of the bunch and having the use of your Legion gear and leggos will smooth this zone out. Nazmir is the easiest of the bunch which is nice when things start to get a little grindy past 116. For Alliance, I recommend Drustvar- TS- Stormsong. Same logic as the Horde side, in my opinion Drustvar is the hardest and Stormsong is the easiest for when it gets grindy. I would recommend you waiting to do any of the War Campaign until you are capped because it just takes you out of the way. I also recommend not killing a single rare mob or picking up a single treasure because in my experience it is just not even remotely worth it. The gear scales up on the rare mobs so its smarter to keep them till 120 anyways. After you are done leveling, I do recommend taking the time to do all the quest at the Faction Outpost in your enemy territory. They do provide rep for the Honorbound which helps. Most of them are quite easy. If you do not level in Warmode, you will usually hit 114 from your first zone, 117 from your second, and cap 120 about 2/3 in your final zone.

The vanilla WoW Horde leveling guide you see on this site was originally made back in 2006 by Joana (AKA Mancow, or FuriousPaul).  The guides have been tweaked many times over the years to make things "faster".  The leveling guides were made because of all the messages I got from people asking me how I was able to level up so quickly on new realms.  I was first to level 60 on 7 different realms (3 with Mancow and 4 with Joana), even winning Blizzard's "First to Level 50" contest they held back in 2006.
I dont know if this exist already, if it does I couldnt find one, but it would be nice to have a guide with the location of all daily quest broken down by Alliance, Horde, Faction, Neutral, etc. I know there can be variable quest for things like Fishing and Cooking but just having the location for those quest givers would be great. If it were a stand alone addon that would be even better!
For Alliance it's Lok'Modan, Redridge, Darkshore, Felwood, Stranglethorn (both parts), Plaguelands. Somewhere between 3 - 3.5 of these get you to 60 in like a 16 hours /played, if you queue for dungeons at the same time. I recommend dropping everything at 45 and going to Darkshore-Felwood if you didn't do them yet - they are literally the fastest levelling zones in the game right now, maybe only trumped by Silverpine.
The downside is that War Mode will make you vulnerable to other players, which means you might be killed more often. Whether it’s worthwhile will depend on the zones you’re visiting and how active the other faction is on your server cluster. Heavily populated realms usually mean more players on both sides, and more conflict, but on quieter realms, you may rarely run across an enemy.
He goes on to say that the changes went too far, and that they have "no desire" to keep moving in that direction. The problem is they don't know how to fix it quite yet. Hazzikostas understandably says that they don't want to make blanket changes that miss the "real source of the problem," which is exacerbated at levels 60-80 when the leveling curve gets particularly punishing. The sky isn't completely falling though based on data: Hazzikostas says that leveling is 15% longer. In the short term they want to increase experience gained at these levels to soften that blow.
In that expansion, NPC followers could get an ability called “treasure hunter” that doubled any gold rewards they earned from a quest. And “treasure hunter” perks stacked, so it was possible to get a few thousand gold per day, per garrison. Many casual players who had never had significant amounts of money before earned hundreds of thousands of gold during Warlords of Draenor. Players could sock away millions, since each character could earn roughly the same amount of gold from their garrisons, and you can have as many as 10 characters on a server.
Fourth: This is very important; do not vendor the gear you obtain while leveling. There is a new mechanic introduced in BFA called the Scrapper which allows you scrap your gear for trade goods which will be very important for rep and AP grinding (will talk about it more later). Usually after I clear a zone, I will head to the scrap bot and scrap all my greens/blues to clear my bag for the next zone.

World of Warcraft's new Mythic + dungeons have been here,but here seemingly comes a problem: part of players are getting high-powered gear from them way too early. That means, if real players value their time at least as much as gold-sellers value a bot’s time, tokens should never be as cheap as illegal gold. But if it becomes as cheap to buy gold from other players than it is to buy it from gold-sellers, the players who patronize illegal services will switch to tokens. That means more tokens in the market, and therefore, lower prices, so the gold-seller price should impose a ceiling on WoW Token prices.
