Try to gather up all quests for a dungeon before trying to queue up for it. Preferably pick up dungeon quests as soon as they are available to avoid getting them when you are over leveled. Dungeons themselves reward a good amount of experience due to the grouping of mobs, but the quests on top of that reward great experience and decent questing gear.

It's not an enchantment, but you should buy or craft an iLVL 100+ belt, gloves, or boots with a gem socket for use with the new 5% bonus experience gem: Insightful Rubellite. I used a vendor-bought belt from the legacy valor vendor in Orgrimmar, since it was convenient and met the minimum ilvl bonus. Keep these in your bags until you can equip them, which should be just in time for treasure collections in WoD content. I didn't ever replace the belt until I dinged 110, since I didn't feel the stats from later upgraded belt drops made enough of a difference to outweigh the 5% bonus. Excess Potion of Accelerated Learning: Acquired in your Garrison (part of the Warlords of Draenor expansion), this gives you a 20-percent bonus to experience from killing monsters and finishing quests. It lasts one hour, but you can buy it multiple times and use it back-to-back. Alliance players buy it from Sergeant Crowler, horde players buy it from Sergeant Grimjaw. Does not work above level 99.

Common methods of power leveling include doing only those quests which are most efficient in terms of experience over time, and analyzing the quests in a given zone so as to do them in the most efficient order possible. Remember, the idea of power leveling is speed and efficiency--you may wish to obtain an addon that will show you how much experience per hour you are gaining to test your techniques. Additionally, ensure your character's talent build is crafted for maximum endurance. You want as little downtime (walking, drinking, eating, crafting, typing, etc.) as possible.
Lastly: The zone order I recommend for Horde is Vol’dun- Zuldazar- Nazmir. Vol’dun is definitely the most challenging of the bunch and having the use of your Legion gear and leggos will smooth this zone out. Nazmir is the easiest of the bunch which is nice when things start to get a little grindy past 116. For Alliance, I recommend Drustvar- TS- Stormsong. Same logic as the Horde side, in my opinion Drustvar is the hardest and Stormsong is the easiest for when it gets grindy. I would recommend you waiting to do any of the War Campaign until you are capped because it just takes you out of the way. I also recommend not killing a single rare mob or picking up a single treasure because in my experience it is just not even remotely worth it. The gear scales up on the rare mobs so its smarter to keep them till 120 anyways. After you are done leveling, I do recommend taking the time to do all the quest at the Faction Outpost in your enemy territory. They do provide rep for the Honorbound which helps. Most of them are quite easy. If you do not level in Warmode, you will usually hit 114 from your first zone, 117 from your second, and cap 120 about 2/3 in your final zone.

For the 2nd week of BFA, M+, Raids, and Rated PvP are still not open so there isn’t that much that you have to do. Do your Island Expos to level up your Heart of Azeroth, do WQs for rewards, do Warfronts and the 11 weekly quest turn ins, and run your Mythic Dungeons again to try to get the most gear before reset. I personally will be spending a lot of Week 2 farming mats for consumables for M+ and Raids but whatever you choose to do is up to you.

In August 2016, when Legion was released, a WoW token was worth 35,000 gold. The dark side of this disparity is griefing; max level players are able to easily disrupt questing areas in use by players of the opposite faction, and can one-shot most enemy characters. Arms is the best leveling spec for Warrior in Battle For Azeroth. Fury is a great single target spec, but lacks the AoE needed to compete with Arms. You will be striving to fight 2-3 enemies at a time for optimal results and Arms has the perfect spells and talents for the job. My tests have shown the average amount of mobs you will fight at once is around 2.3, which makes Sweeping Strikes amazing for leveling. Perhaps my favorite combination in the game is Avatar + Ravager + Sweeping Strikes. It slices down large packs of mobs in seconds.
At 96 the standard wisdom is to immediately drop what you're doing and proceed to Spires of Arak and do the quests to unlock the Inn, granting a further 20% experience bonus while in that zone. You'll want to do that eventually anyway, but I'm not sure it outweighs the quest experience from Gorgrond. However, if you decided to go to Spires immediately at 96, restrict yourself only to bonus objectives and again leave Treasures until you're 100+. Make certain that when you being the quests to unlock the inn, you speak with the quest NPC to also learn Archaeology, since it's required to collect several of the treasures in Spires.
If you bought Legion and have no desire to go through old content, good news! The new expansion comes with a free boost to level 100 for one character.
