I've found the best way to level alts is Pet Battling over by Halfhill in Pandaria. My Nightborne Priest I got to 90 that way (the rest was WoD Treasures, then regular leveling post 100), my Mag'har Shaman I'm at 61 with 16 hours or so played. Having a second monitor to zone out and watch Netflix or whatever helps. I think it's the fastest way to get to 90 personally. I really dislike the leveling changes so I just Pet Battle now.
Many laugh and look down on my shameless use of WOW power leveling services. "Duh, you would actually pay someone to play a game for you? LOL." My answer: Duh, yes I would, and I do. See for me it’s just logical. I love WoW. Do I love it enough to grind or quest for endless hours, staring at the XP bar out of the corner of my eye the whole time, the highlight of the whole ordeal being when I go back to town and turn in a few quests at a time and actually get to see the thing move more than a millimeter? Definitely no. I got better things to do with my free time. Like running a country.
I remember when World of Warcraft first came out, and it was actually fun to do some quests, and discover new territories, and kill a couple hundred bears or murlocs or what have you, and get all excited when you got a new level and got to pick new skills or talents, or finally got to wear a wizard hat or get a mount. But come on, how many times can you really do that before it gets old. No one is fooled, Blizzard. There are like 5 quests that get repeated over and over, just with different beasts to kill, items to gather, etc. I just made my Death Knight, and I played for only a couple hours, doing some quests, testing my spells, before already getting bored with the leveling process. And this is with a brand new expansion and an obvious effort by Blizzard to make the quests interesting, like the Eye of Acherus and the stealing the horse ones. Yeah those quests were kind of cool. Enough to make me want to quest for hours and days until I get from level 55 to 80? Nope. 

Fishing requires much time and does not yield much profit until its later levels. Unless you enjoy it for its own sake, avoid seriously delving into fishing until your level limit. It is not a bad idea to do a little when starting out a new character on a new server, though - the gray items you fish up sell for good money to a starter, which can help you out with your other tradeskills.
We have no idea what implications this might have and whether or not it even indicates anything, since Patch 8.2 is still in testing and a Tuesday launch is more than unlikely due to Essence tuning and Azshara's Eternal Palace, which is supposedly coming shortly after launch. Blizzard said they wouldn't be delaying the new raid like they did with Battle of Dazar'alor.
Blood: Unholy Command -  Your Death Grip has two charges. Frost: Chill Streak - Deals up to 6% of the target's total health in Frost damage and reduces their movement speed by 70% for 4 sec. Chill Streak bounces up to 9 times between closest targets within 6 yards. Unholy: Necrotic Strike - A vicious strike that deals [ 30% of Attack Power ] Plague damage, and converts 1 Festering Wounds into a Necrotic Wound, absorbing up to 7% of the target's maximum health in healing recieved. As the first major content release of Battle for Azeroth, patch 8.1: Tides of Vengeance is adding a number of new ways to gear up, as well as increasing the item level of rewards from existing activities. Tides of Vengeance goes live on December 11th and will add most of the new content, but Mythic+ and PvP Season 2 will not start until the new raid, Battle of Dazar'alor, releases in January, at which time the item level thresholds will increase to the new Titanforge cap of 425.
Heirlooms are special pieces of armor that level up with your character, so they have stats that are always respectable for your character’s level (up to level 110). Heirlooms that fit the head, shoulder, chest, legs, and back armor slot offer an experience bonus. The total bonus is 45 percent if you have them all. It’s also possible to acquire a ring that adds another 5 percent, but you must win a fishing contest acquire it, and that can take some time.
Affliction: Endless Affliction - Your Unstable Affliction deals the same damage as normal, but its duration is increased by 6 sec. Demonology: Nether Ward - Surrounds the caster with a shield that lasts 3 sec, reflecting all harmful spells cast on you. Destruction: Demon Armor - Protects the caster, increasing maximum health by 10% and increases armor by 150%. Warrior
Cooking benefits all classes, especially melee and hunters (it is a free source of food). Until higher levels, the benefits it provides are almost exclusively stamina buffs. While more stamina is always nice, cooking is not essential to leveling. Considering the time investment required, if you pick up skinning then cooking would absolutely be a wise skill to level prior to hitting your level cap, as beasts often drop meat useful for skilling up.

But now, the Gear Advisor starts popping up, trying to get me to put the old 360 version Ring #1 into Ring #2's slot, since iLvl 360 is better than 350. Except I can't do that, because of the "Unique-equipped" modifier. So I click "Cancel". And then the window continues to pop up after every action my character takes, over and over and over, until I get rid of the old ring by vendoring, scrapping, or destroying it.

EXCEPTION: If you have Mining and only use Jewelcrafting to craft stone statues (for additional in-combat healing), then this may be a useful tradeskill. However, like Engineering above, it should not be a leveling focus and should only be used to assist with power leveling. Doing any more than this will become costly and should not be undertaken during the power-leveling process.

Before I go ahead and settled this debate for good; I spent most hours surfing the .net to get an idea of what others were saying; if you have done the same you will probably find similar results ~ that in the general publics eyes, WoW Dugi Guide vs  WoW Zygor Guides is pretty much even.  U also probably found that a few opinions were biased towards the guide they owned.  These findings aren’t very helpful in finding an outright winner however; they help show the fact that with what ever guide you end up choosing zygor and dugi guides, you will should be very satisfied!

- The auto trash sell feature is also incredible, but I always had issues with it selling gear efficiently. Often I have to open my bags 2-3 times if I have a lot of trash, because it can't clear it all in one go. There's also a very noticeable delay with this feature when opening the bags, almost like the bag UI is freezing for a few seconds, then it clears. I've started using a different add on for auto selling trash and it does it all instant, no hiccups, no nothing. Just one swift move.
